Bruni & Campisi is currently hiring in Elmsford, NY for a full-time Office Admin / Permits to manage the work permit process for our residential jobs. This position earns $20.00 - $25.00/hour, depending on experience. This is an opportunity to take your clerical career to the next level in an essential industry.

WHAT THE DAY-TO-DAY IS LIKE

As an Office Admin / Permits, you manage the clerical tasks associated with permits for our home services jobs. Beginning with the permit application, you complete all necessary fields, obtain customer signature(s), attach the site plan (if necessary), and facilitate delivery to the municipality. You create invoices and update our excel spreadsheets for data tracking. Managing multiple permits, you methodically document information, schedule inspections, create job folders, and add job notes to spreadsheets.

Your attention to detail ensures that all call slips and tracking docs are updated. Upon closing, you ensure that the final inspection with the customer and municipality are scheduled, alert field personnel about necessary go-back work, and manage the outside permit contractor. You confirm with the municipality that the inspection has passed and that the permit has been closed. Additionally, you ensure that all final details are added to the folder before archiving the job. You take great pride in helping our business to run smoothly!
